March 24, 2017Haryana implemented the rooftop scheme, a must for 500 sq yards and above houses. There is less than 5% compliance. With that kind of numbers for compliance, the policy has become a joke.

March 24, 2017We agree a 100 % – there are policies in every state in India – but are they enforced. The solution to manby of the problems that plague policy making is weak and half hearted implementation. This must change to enable the solution to become better.

March 24, 2017There needs to be some regulation that gets implemented that all buildings must be green. There must be norms identified and enforced. If policy states that solar panels are a must, then so be it. There must be compliance for the same.
